We'll still be scratching our heads, wondering how McCain got elected.

No, we'll all be thinking about how much money we're saving now, not having to take antidepressants anymore after 8 long years of swallowing them, because our nation is no longer under the control of evil Republicans.
I can't even bear to think about it.

I think there's an equal chance that either:
1. we'll be talking about how soon all of our troops will be home and how soon we'll get our medical system straightened out
or
2. we won't be taking over the intertubes, because they'll have rounded up all of us "dirty hippies" and sent us to starve in one of these internment camps they've been building.
I'm going to have to agree with fixer. Though I'll doubt I'll be able to talk since I'll be facedown in a pitcher of alcoholic beverages.

lots of us will be planning our exit strategy from this joke of a country, or maybe we'll already be gone. my psyche cannot take the stress of another bushite. but that's just me.

If it is McGramps- we won't be talking - we will be gone or moving or rounded up and put in Blackwater camps...( like gypsy said)

if it is Obama - the troops will be coming home....
and sadly due to Dirty Rovian Politics....I think it is a 50/50 chance for either of those scenarios...
you scare me, Fred. or,to be more accurate, your questions scare me.
these days, I prefer not to look too far ahead. I fear the future more than I have at any time during the last 60 years -- and it's not because I'm getting older.

I'm forced to agree with Dean Wormer and William. Plus, we'll continue to be fuming about the Democrats in Congress.
Hopefully, we won't be fuming about a war with Iran.
I'm not feeling very optimistic these days. Can you tell?

We'll be talking about all the Bushco insiders who've published tell-all books talking about what a crook the man was. And we'll be wagging our fingers at the true believers, saying, "We told you so!"
