Pick Two
I think we all feel that a lot of the members of the bush administration should probably be in jail right now. Let’s say you can only choose two who you feel certainly qualify for jail time, who would you choose?
My picks would be Rumsfeld and Cheney. I don’t think I need to explain why.

My picks would be Cheney and Bush. Not that I think that Bush was any more complicit than any other - but because I feel that future generations (and former, for that matter), need to have the assurance that the law applies equally to ALL, and that even the PRESIDENT is not immune to prosecution if he fails to obey the law.
Come on down, Cheney and Bush, and hope that prosecuting them provides plenty of evidence against Rumsfeld, David Addington and John Yoo (please, lifetime disbarment for both) and down the line.
I think Bush has some chance of genuine remorse, unlike Cheney who is apparently a sociopath.
I hope prosecutions will follow whatever comes out of the NYC terrorist trials. No pardoning anyone.

Only just two? Are you kidding me? Who can only eat just two? That's like handing someone a bag of ruffles and telling them to only choose two potato chips!
Bush and Cheney, because Bush was such a tool, and Cheney is plain evil.
