2012
I don’ know which is more troublesome, that some people believe the world will end in 2012 or that some people believe that Palin could be the republican presidential candidate in 2012. Could these all be the same people? For me the idea of Palin becoming president would pretty much be the end of the world at least as we know it.

At the least, not a world I'd want to live in.
They are one in the same as far as I am concerned.
It's 'Republican' not 'republican.' You and I are republicans because we believe in this republic of ours, but we are not Republicans because we are liberals. Capitals matter, it's a language thing.
Um,...I have nothing.
Those dang Aztec's what were they thinking???
Well, I do not think the world will end in 2012...at least not by what some are "claiming" ie the whole blackhole at the center of the universe that the mayan calendar supposedly predicts. That' all BS.
But there is always the infinitesmal chance an asteroid could hit the earth or some catastrophic natural disaster like yellowstone blowing up or some man made disaster like nuclear war. And those things could happen in 2012 or tomorrow or not for millions of years if ever.
As far as Palin goes..I do think she will run and I do think the tea baggers, tenthers, birthers, Beck with his 9/12 movement, fox news etc etc will push her. Will the RNC acquiesce is the question. I think that depends if these so called right wing grass roots movements actually keep gaining traction or fissile out by 2012.
LOL, found this site looking for morning martinis. Found instead that you are all off your rockers. Go have another drink!
