Memorial Day
Did you do anything out of the ordinary to observe Memorial Day yesterday? We did. We observed the moment of silence at three yesterday afternoon. It just felt right.

I watched the ceremony at Arlington, on CSPAN.
I brooded all day after paying my respects at the military cemetery nearby. It just depresses me more and more every year.
