Weekends equal Fun!

Hey everybody! TGIF!

The weekend is almost here and I love weekends. Both Pop and Mr. Pop are around a lot giving this feline more attention than I know what to do with.

Since the days and evening are comfortable outside they are on the patio a lot more, so the “family” can spend lots of time together. Everyone gets along fine as long as I stay off the patio dining table and don’t go near Pop’s martini glass.

My favorite thing to do while they are sitting around chilling out is to quietly sneak up and bite them on their toes. Not a hard chomp sort of bite, just a little nip. You can imagine the things they say to me when I do that. Yeah, the subject of “ducks” comes up almost every time.

So I’m off to get a nap and rest up for a fun weekend. So many toes and so little time.

Have a great weekend doing whatever you enjoy doing

Sincerely,
Fred the Cat (the cat who loves you guys!)

Sounds like fun!! Enjoy!!

Maybe PoP would like the book "Make Way For Ducklings?"

I mean if she talks about ducks a lot!

Fred, you have yourself a wonderful weekend, too. Find yourself a nice sunny spot in the yard or on the patio and take it all in, you deserve it.

Any chance you can go bite the toes in a non-playful manner of the denizens of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? There's some Cosmic Catnip in it for you.

Hey - we were just having a discussion on my blog about B&W cats and whether they're more aggressive/neurotic than other colors. Mine is forever stalking and attacking any naked bits, too.

Fred, I'd love to plant a big, noisy smooch on that fat, furry, kitty tummy of yours. (Don't you just love burying your nose into clean, silky kitty fur and inhaling that wonderful scent?) I am a horse lover and have been known to delay washing my hands after riding because I love the horsey smell, but kitty fur runs a very close second! Have a lovely, lazy weekend dear Fred the Cat.

oops, I signed myself val rather than via. maybe I should start using all my initials, but I don't like the implications of 'vial'. Sounds too much like blood, or a vapid vestal virgin.

What's up with you biting (nipping) cats? Ours do the same thing. Only sometimes, they chomp down pretty hard.

You look like you could be our Silvio's brother, Fred.

I had a kitteh who would not possibly ever bite a naked toe, but if the toes were encased in socks, well then that's different and it's GO TIME!

'Cos they might be terrorist mice or something. You never know.

Being a toe biting cat myself, I can tell ya Fred, the humans really love it! They love the bitey no matter what they say!

Fred, you obviously have a plush life. Stop biting the toes that feed you! I can never figure you cats out, such little shits and yet we love you so.

Perhaps this says way more about humans than cats.....hope you had a good weekend!

Fred,
Our tactic is to just wait until Mr. and Mrs. Snave are relaxing, and climb up where they are and stick our butts in their faces. It's very entertaining!
