PoP, I noticed from elsewhere on your blog that you're into growing your own veggies. We're wondering what part of FL you're in, and how it's going. When we move, we'll want to grow some veggies.
Also... want to recommend a film: "The Real Dirt on Farmer John". Available from Netflix if not elsewhere. It's an inspiring (and entertaining) film about community-supported agriculture and organic farming (among other things).
