On the Road Again?

Seems that some humans think President Obama is going too far toward the middle of the road. I would think after the last eight years of the country being stuck in a ditch, all you humans would be grateful for just being back somewhere on the road again, middle or otherwise. But I’m only a feline so what the hell do I know?

Have a great weekend and don’t party too much. Remember, Saturday night to spring your clocks ahead one hour

Sincerely,
Fred the Cat (The cat who loves you guys!)

Oh no, daylight savings! I want him to go all the way to the left, even past Iowa and Nebraska, but then again, I'm a naive idealist. ;-)

Very true, Fred. There is no comparison between what we have now and what we had for the past 8 years. Those recently relesed memos should have convinced everyone of that!

hey Fred--
I'll be happy if he can get us out of this ditch. then, once we're back ON the road, I'll check to see which side he's on.

right now, I'm just thanking my stars he's not listening to the Hooverites.

The Fable of the Hungry Snake

There was once a mile-long Snake who was hungry. His search for food and was long and difficult, and he retraced his steps, going in circles. Spotting a snake’s tail, he strikes at the juicy morsel, and commences his long delayed meal. He feels a strange nibbling at his tail, but so hungry is he that ignores it and continues ravenously gobbling his meal. Eventually, as his hunger is satiated, a realization dawns upon him. “It’s me I’ eating”, exclaims the Snake. Oh, woe is me! I am swallowing myself.

Moral: The Snake’s Tail is the Economy. The Snake’s Head is Government. The Snake’s eating is Taxation. Be careful of what you eat!
