I’m invited!
Okay, well sorta. I’m sure that everyone who contributed to President-elect Obama’s campaign got one of these commemorative invitations to the inauguration in the mail, but hey, it’s kind of cool and I’ve never received anything like this before. If you haven’t seen one, it’s beautiful. It’s eight by ten, with the inaugural seal embossed in gold on the top. Definitely frame-able.

I have a friend who's in federal law enforcement, and she got asked to work security for the day, helping out Secret Service!
I'm jealous. I gave but didn't get one. Probably found out I gave to Edwards before him.
