I’m proud of you
Okay guys, the last presidential debate is over. All the anxiety you may have felt back in the summer about these debates can be put to rest.
From this feline’s point of view, if Senator Obama handles his presidency the way he has handled his campaign, everything is going to be just fine.
He’s already accomplished so much. He has overcome age-old hurdles and he did it with wisdom and grace. Damn, you guys must be so proud of him.
I, Fred the Cat, raise my catnip mouse and toast to you humans for making me see you in a much more positive light. I’m proud of you. Now come over here and give me a hug.
Have a good weekend and let’s hope it turns out to be a great one.
Sincerely,
Fred the Cat (the cat who loves you guys!)

Thanks for the acknowledgment Fred and yes it does appear that we might be about to turn this mess around and start repairing the damage done to our country. We don't want to count our chickens before they hatch but it is looking positive with only 2 and a half weeks to go.
you too fred.
fred
i hope you are right
i hope we are going to turn this around
the thought of mccain/palin turns my stomach.........
i dont understand why anyone would want 4 more years of the horrid republican nightmare.....
but fred you seem to have it all laid out....
have a good weekend
ps - carlos says hi!
Have a GREAT weekend Fred!!!
I'd love to come over there and give you a hug, Fred. I have to say, though, I'm not ready to breathe a sight of relief about this election. The McCain campaign is pretty brutal and willing to do anything to win. It's going to be a long slog for the next 18 days.
On the 5th of November, you'll have to break out your special catnip and really celebrate!
Doodz. We send u hugs too!
Luf, Us
Fred, I'd love to give you a big hug! And I'm sure so would Niblet--you're the same colors!
I too am just a little too gunshy after two straight stolen elections. But I've got the catnip and the carrots on ice, baby--two and a half more weeks!
I'm guardedly optimistic. Please go ahead with that catnip toast, though.
And don't stop toasting for the next few weeks because whether celebrating or wallowing in misery, we'll need a lot of catnip either way.
Fred, you look so very hugable! Thanks for being proud of us...some of us have been behaving very poorly.
Hope you get lots of sleep and lovin' this weekend.
I hear where you're coming from Fred, but I'm not as hopeful. It seems that no one is taking the "kill him" statement seriously in the way that no one though anyone would bomb the Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City or ram jetplanes into the WTC.
Powell endorses and will vote for Senator Obama.
Yahooooooooo…………..
God Bless.
