Fred the Cat lets himself out of the bag

Last week some of you guys asked me to divulge some things about myself. Okay, first of all I have all my shots. I am immune to all cat diseases and I’m also immune to tags and memes. Pop even has that shot too.

Plus, because of my undercover work, I can't tell you too much about my personal life. I just can’t take the chance of being out-ed. I’m not sure what that means but after living outside the first year or so of my life, I can tell you that’s not someplace I want to go again. No outing for me, thanks.

There are a couple of things that I guess I can finally tell you about me. You may find this hard to believe, but I can’t type. Are you shocked? I thought you might be. Did you really think a cat could type? Come on, get real. Actually, Murphy the dog types all my posts for me.

The other thing that I can tell you is that I think I have magic fur. Monday morning when Pop was so upset due to the electric being out and Mr. Pop being gone, she began to rub her hand over my head and down my back. Just like magic, she stopped being upset and instead began cooing and talking to me. First thing you know, she’s smiling and happy again. I’m the man! I am the Magic Fur Cat!

Have a great weekend and try to find a cool place for your catnap.

Sincerely,
Fred the Cat (the cat who loves you guys)

That's just like a cat, making the dog do all the work.

Who cannot be relaxed when a big warm fuzzy purring ball of fur settles in your lap? It is magic.

Catnap? Good idea.

Fred better hope his parents don't decide to spill the beans on him, like he has on them.

One other thing you could have mentioned about yourself, Fred - you're adorable. I didn't know cats were modest.

hey fred, that magic fur thing is for real. ask PoP to read you some of the stuff they've been finding out about cats. like the cats have been around looking out for us a lot longer than was previously thought. as a matter of fact, cats have been taking care of humans for about six thousand years longer than the creationists will allow you to cite. i'm glad you're there doing your job buddy. have a great weekend.

That's really cute, POP.

Not feeling well today, and this post picked me up.

It seems I've developed a "gut feeling", so I couldn't even go in for the radio show today. They had to put the station on automation for a few hours... Oh well...

Have a great weekend.
Peace,
=RD=

O fred I wish I wasn't so allergic to cats, do you have any advise for sneezing when you guys are around? Most cats that are nonallergenic don't have magical fur, so I might as well stick to my puppie

Fred,
I am so glad you let yourself out of the bag. I do feel I know you a little better, but understand your need for secrecy. I like the idea of your magic fur. Maybe Pop could scoop up some loose pieces and send them to me.
Take care, Fred. Tell Murphy thanks for doing all the typing.

No, dogs are amazing too.

The only difference is, cats are quite clear with you just how amazing they are.

Fred, just looking at you is magic :)

Fred, you are special in many ways, but I think all cats have magic fur. I know my humans thing I do, too.

Sincerely,
Jango Catt

P.S. Congrats on that Thinking Blogger Award. You're one cool cat.

Apparently, all cats have difficulty with the keyboard....

I think cats can type. I know they like to hang around printers and keyboards. I've seen some of the typing done by the cats around here, and I think they're in code.

You, too, could learn to type. Typing Test & FREE Typing Tutor.

You're welcome :)
