Question for Sarah
My question for Sarah tonight. Governor Palin, what do you think of our government’s reliance on Blackwater for security?
Ah, the doors of opportunity that question could open in Ms Palin’s mind.
And her answer might be?

Ya know Patricia, I can see blackwater from my house!
Sorry to joke, it is serious.
Deep sigh.
Not to blogwhore, I won't link, but I've got two dog friends and their companions in need of some good thoughts if you would consider taking a look.
I know that you above all people understand.
"I think about our reliance on Blackwater every single day. I think about it a lot. I'm always thinking about Blackwater. I think about everything anyone puts on my desk. I am confident in my thinking. I know how to think, PoP, and I'm thinking all of the time.
her best answer would be ..... next question? is there an intelligent question out there?
Dang! Franiam beat me to it!
(GREAT question, PoP)
blackwater??? gee, i think everyone should have clean water, i mean in alaska we have mountain streams and snow and maybe we could sell some of ours to neighboring states, but not like you know, russia cause putin rears his head and let him get thirsty, ya know, ah...
let me get back to ya on that.
"it's about job creation katie. or gwen."
"I would call in the EPA to secure all the water in the nation and change it back. I believe in change... and that's why under our administration we will do the same things the same way differently. To one day tell our children's grandparents that they had it good for tomorrow that they will see the promise of yesterday. Security is our number one priority, but first we need to get the nation back on track. Economy. Economics and ecnonomizing the economy our the first things that must be on the table. Without economy, we have no security and without that, the Blackwater rises. But, to be sure, I'll get more information later and get back to ya!"
They ask her that and she's going to want to use one of her lifelines and phone a friend.
*blank stare*
"I've read all blackwaters."
"Could you repeat the Question Gwen"
that will be her answer...
"Blackwater Security?" do they come from the Black Sea area- I have never been there I don't know I will have to researh that and get back to you."
black water? isn't that an old doobie brothers song? i love the doobie brothers. but...what's a doobie?
"In what sense, Gwen?"
"Well, in the sense that we're using Blackwater to provide security ...."
"I think we need secure malls, Gwen. That goes without saying. Security is good. Security is vital. Sen. McCain supports security."
Have I nailed, it, PoP?
I am putting this here as I don't have an email for you-
Your comment is still there, it was one post below. They put up a new post after - well you know.

**blank stare accompanied by perky posture and looking alert**
ummmm -- how do you mean, Gwen?
I think I passed a Blackwater truck on I75 last night.
Well, as we saw, she would have ignored the question and talked about energy policy instead.
"Blackwater? Is that what you call it down here in the lower 48? We call it oil up here in Alaska and oil is the only security we have. Without oil we aren't secure. That means we need oil to be secure. But Blackwater? I don't remember receiving a bribe from them. Are they new?"
That's what I think if they would have asked the question.
