Basically “Johnny Mac” says that as repulsive as it might seem, he loves to kiss george bush’s ass. “ Johnny Mac” made some troubling comments about his relationship with the president. Here is one example. "I've tried, when his numbers went down, to be more supportive and outspoken, because I'd love to pick him up," Mr. McCain said.
Seems not only does McCain kiss the president’s ass as often as possible, he would also love to pick him up, and what? Cuddle?

It just amazes me that anyone is still stupid enough to believe the "McCain is a straight-shooting maverick" meme. If the Bush butt-kissing didn't dispel that notion, the Falwell knob-polishing certainly should have.
Ohhhh, the mental image of McCain rocking George and cuddling him and maybe offering a breast to comfort? Yech!
Sometimes it's nice to just cuddle. I wonder if he strokes Georgie's hair while he's cuddling him.
The only people John McCain is interested in cuddling with is George Bush's far right wing Christian social conservative base, and his chances of gettin' him some of that ass is about as good as me gettin' some of Angelina Jolie.

weren't they nasty to each other during the primaries? i guess i can see where the sympathy comes in- i feel sorry for george "the figurehead" bush too. cheney and rumsfeld took over the white house from day 1- same as when they were in the nixon and ford white houses. bush had zero chance. that's why he gets to go to graceland while cheney stays in washington.

I had expected his nickname to me something like "Rover" or "Fluffy" since he's been Dubya's lap dog for some time now!

I believe we can see the ass kissing start right after GW promised to sign on to McCain's torture Bill.
Of course like many other laws the Congress passed; GW later claimed he did not have to follow that law because of war time powers.
And McCain is now dirt with the public, for kissing the Prez's ass.

Like shutterwi...I too thought he was synonymous with honor and courage...if nothing else what he went through in the prison camp...and helping others to cope...he deserved respect. But he has besmirched that image with caving in to the very people that maligned him and showing unrelenting support for dummies.
Not only does it make me sick to watch McCain Libermanize Bush, but it makes me even sicker to think that McCain's little stratgery may actually garner him the Republican nomination in 2008 and -gasp- the presiduncy.

I removed the comment...botched it.:) McCain spent all his life working his ass off to establish the Mavrick sticker. Then in walks an idiot like Dubya and takes the white house right out from underneath him. He looks at Dyba, at Dubya's base and says;
"It's The Supid People, Stupid!"
All of McCains posturing is likely to do any any good, or very little. He is singularly despised by most truly conservative Republicans, who consider him a "RINO"-I think that means "Republican In Name Only".
Another despised Republican is Lindsey Graham, whom one Republican blogger I know refers to as "evil, crazy John McCain's wretched little hand puppet".
So if this is any guide, McCain may have an impossible task ahead of him.
Pick him up and cuddle? No. I think by pick him up he meant snort a line with him...McCain's excuse is he has nightmares from being a POW. Bushes excuse is he used to be a FRAT BOY... There is, however, no excuse for the tight bond they share... I wish it were the powder that made them act this way, but I think it might well be more sinister than that... :>/

Well, all I have to say is, if McCain and Dumbya are cudding and making out, let's get the pictures out there for all to see. That will not only keep McCain from winning in 08, it would also likely deter Jeb from winnning in 08.
Anyone besides me think Jeb will run? At least in 2012 if not in 08? Gotta keep the dynasty going, after all.
I think John Boy is interested in having Karl the Rove as one of his campaign strategists.....worked for Dummy....
